Holiday Eggs

Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs I:

Yolks from the hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon of defrosted spinach
2 pinches of grated nutmeg
1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of white pepper
1/2 tablespoon finely ground nuts
2 tablespoons cottage cheese

Ingredients for Stuffed Eggs II:

2 pinches of curry
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 pinch of basil
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon mustard

Hard boil eggs (10 minutes). Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise
and remove the yolks. Prepare the filling and stuff the whites.
Mash the boiled yolks and divide in half. Mix one half with
spinach, nutmeg, salt, pepper, nuts and mashed cottage cheese.
Mix the other half with curry, pepper, basil, salt and mustard. Refill
the egg halves with the seasoned yolk mixtures.
