Tuna Spreads
Ingredients
100 g dried tomatoes
100 g Natureta roasted black olives in vegetable oil
270 g pieces of tuna in Tuneta oil
80 g Parmesan
200 g Eta mayonnaise
250 g cream spread
2 tablespoons butter
1 lemon
Mix tuna, Parmesan, mayonnaise, cream spread and butter
in the food processor. Divide the mixture in two. Add finely
chopped dried tomatoes in vegetable oil in the first half
and
finely chopped, stoned roasted black olives in vegetable
oil
in the other. Finally, stir lemon juice in both spreads.
Drizzle
slices of bread with the oil of Natureta roasted vegetables
and grill in the oven.
