‘Vega’ Student Sandwich
(serves 4)
Ingredients
270 g Natureta Sun Vegetables in vegetable
oil
1 long wholegrain roll
4 slices tofu
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil of the Natureta Sun Vegetables
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
fresh parsley
1 clove of garlic
Drizzle slices of tofu with soy sauce and sprinkle with
sesame. Quickly cook the slices in hot oil on both sides.
Cut
the roll lengthwise. Fill with tofu slices and Sun vegetables.
For a stronger taste, add fresh parsley and finely minced
garlic.
A tip: if you expect guests you can cut
the roll into slices.
