Stray Basket with Olives
Ingredients
200 g roasted black olives
100 g roasted champignons
100 g Gorgonzola, half cubed, half cut in sticks
50 g Mozzarella, cubed
100 g walnut kernels
2 basil leaves, finely minced
4 slices of melon
100 g Karst ham, thinly sliced
good bread
Stir 2/3 roasted black olives, 2/3 roasted champignons,
Gorgonzola cubes and all Mozzarella, walnuts, basil and
minced melon.
Make rolls of Karst ham and fill them with Gorgonzola cut
in
thin sticks, roasted black olives and roasted champignons.
Serve on a tray with some crisp bread accompanied with a
good wine or beer.
