White Pizza
(serves 4)
Ingredients:
170 g Eta tomato sauce with vegetables
2 tablespoons cream spread
100 g Natureta roasted champignons
1 l water
1 tablespoon salt
250 g precooked grits
100 g Mozzarella
a pinch of dried oregano, a pinch of pepper
Cook the grits in salted water. Spread cooked grits on an
oiled
baking tray. Mix the cream spread with the Eta vegetable
sauce
and spread the mixture over the grits. Put Mozzarela on top
and
season with pepper and oregano. Bake in the oven at 240°C
for 10
minutes. Generously decorate with Natureta roasted champignons
and bake for a further 5 minutes.
A tip: serve the White Pizza as a side dish or the main course.
You
can enrich it with roasted olives, eggplants, zucchini, peppers
or
Sun Vegetables.
